It is the policy of NorCal Specialties. to provide all employees with a safe and healthful work environment as free as possible from recognized hazards. It is also our policy to maintain and actively support a comprehensive employee Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). We will make every effort to provide adequate training to employees.
Major objective of our Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) are:
· Protect employees and others, property, and the environment from potential hazards.
· Establish and maintain an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program involving all levels of the organization including managers, supervisors, and employees.
· Cooperate and assist customers, clients, and others involved in the work area to maintain a safe and healthful workplace.
